ARE YOU PREPARING FOR JEE 2020?? ?
THEN YOU MUST READ THIS ARTICLE

We know that JEE Main  isn't an exam to be cleared with a single mantra applicable to all. Every student has a different situation and preparations must be in accordance with the situations. Here is an article describing the condition and strategy to cover the syllabus for a class 11th student, class 12th student and a drop year student.

We are going to help you frame some strategies of JEE Main 2019 preparation as per the specific condition. Tips and tricks are provided catering to the demands of situations. It also aims to affix an interval for board preparation (in case an aspirant needs to appear in board examinations simultaneously).

Let's analyse the condition and status of an aspirant-

Condition STATUS
Condition 1
The aspirant is in starting of class 11th and is willing to appear in JEE Main after 2 years
Condition 2
The aspirant is in starting of class 12th and has to give boards and appear in JEE Main 2019 in the same year.
Condition 3
The aspirant is in drop year and has to focus on JEE Main 2019 Preparations only.
Condition 1 -

In this case, the student will have plenty of time. Two years of 11th and 12th are enough to make a basic foundation for JEE ADVANCED and JEE MAIN.

These points must be kept in mind-

The student can focus only on JEE preparation in class 11th. In this time, class 11th syllabus of JEE must be covered well.

In class 12th, preparation of boards along with the in-depth preparation of topics of JEE that are from class 12th syllabus must be carried out.

Please note that class 11th syllabus of JEE must be avoided in last months before board examination.

Last 2 months before board examination must be fully dedicated to boards only.

Before board examination, a practice of derivations must be done properly.

The syllabus of JEE preparation in class 11th must be revised well at the end of class 11th.

After the board examination is over, the whole of class 11th & 12th JEE syllabus is to be well revised in order to compile full syllabus at least once in the 1-2 months left after boards.

 Condition 2 -

In this condition, the overall time of around one year may be divided into 2 halves.

First-half must be dedicated to the revision of 11th JEE course, while preparation of 12th boards at the same time.

The second half of preparation, i.e., last 5-6 months before boards should be dedicated to 12th syllabus of JEE and board preparation.

In the second half, board preparation mustn't be ignored.

At the same time, one must also take care of in-depth knowledge regarding requirements of JEE.

If one has honestly prepared for JEE, board exam won't be an issue. But stepwise solutions and derivations must be practised in 1-2 months prior to the exam.

Condition - 3

For a dropper, board examinations aren't a problem. He can fully focus on JEE preparation.

The main problem is a compilation of entire course in a short span of 1 year.

The aspiration must start a proper revision in the last 4-5 months prior to the exam.

Derivations shouldn't be practised many times but they can't be ignored too as JEE ADVANCED demands the conceptual knowledge.

As most of the things are already learnt in school days, basics are already ready. One needs to practice as many questions as possible and that too of tough levels.

Please note that a solid revision and compilation of the whole syllabus at the end of drop year is of utmost importance.

The above tips are a kind of direction to be followed while preparation. But you need to cover the journey as an aspirant.

recognize the plan that fits your condition and start preparing with full dedication.
Hard work is the most successful strategy.
All the best!
